Please don't start me on The Giant Puppy. I've NEVER been sentimental about animals; I was brought up in the middle of nowhere; but The Puppy was only a week old when I got her and she fitted into the palm of my hand. She is now a year old, weighs 30kg and is nearly as big as me when she stands on her hind legs.
